How often have we looked at others who grab money, fame and worldly objects and think, GREED has a hold on them?  How many times have we looked at our humble homes and family and stated “See I have nothing so I am not greedy.

Now as born again believers, as we read our bibles and talk to others about the rapture and while looking and waiting for His return, how often have we said “I wish the Lord would call us home today”?  Is that not greed?  Are we not putting our wants in front of those who are lost?  Should we instead of calling for our Lord to come quickly, should we be calling out to Him to show us or lead us to someone who is lost but is searching for answers?

His word tells us that He will call us home after the chosen numbers have called his name (Believed in Him).  If we are so eager to get to Heaven why are we spending countless energy on shouting to come get us while the whole time we have the key to make it happen.

How would you feel if God wanted just one more person to come to Him and for the last 6 months it has been just one person holding us all back and you come to find out that this one last person was your friend or maybe an uncle or aunt.

Many of our friends are setting on the fence, they could drop either way, they have satan on one side tempting them with lies, fame and worldly gifts, and on the other side is you.  Many think all you have are words and a promise to a life of eternity happiness.  How can you compete with that?  Words from an old book that is full of hate; or money, a career and a three car garage.

Jesus; that is how, if you are living for Jesus with Jesus as your guide, you will show others by the way you live and act.  The flow of glory will be pouring out our cup even when hard times are knocking at your door.

Brothers and sisters, it feels so good knowing that one day Jesus will call our names but imagine the thrill of helping the last one to Christ.

Romans 13:11 This is all the more urgent, for you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. 12 The night is almost gone; the day of salvation will soon be here.
