Psalms 23:1-6

1The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He is my protector and provider; He knows my needs and meets those needs
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He gives me comfort and rest; when troubled waters are ahead, He leads me through
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Thou I fail each day, He forgives me; He opens the path which I shall follow so His Holiness and Glory may be seen in Him.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Jesus took the penalty and fear of death away; No longer can satan and sin enter without an invitation. His word is true; his word is the medicine I need for my wounds
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
My God is a mighty God and able to protect me against my enemies; I AM a child of God and I will share this with allas His love has no bounds
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
My Lord keeps His promise, I am His and He is mine forever and ever, I shall serve Him here as well as in heaven
